By Prompter: Prompter may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
9. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
